I-3 LIFE EMPOWERMENT ACADEMY

LEADERSHIP TRAINING

The I-3 Academy is dedicated to training individuals within the Body of Christ for effective ministry. Our primary focus lies in equipping aspiring leaders with biblical principles to bring healing and restoration to both mind and soul.

For those seeking to minister to others, we offer comprehensive courses that delve into the power of prayer, spiritual gifts, and intercession. Through these teachings, students learn practical techniques to effectively address mental and emotional struggles faced by individuals within their communities.

Furthermore, our academy places great emphasis on restoring the soul through intensive workshops that promote emotional well-being and inner healing. These sessions allow participants to explore areas of past trauma and hurt while receiving expert guidance on how to find ultimate healing and freedom.

In addition to cultivating skills for individual ministries, we also emphasize leadership development. Our courses provide valuable insights into effective leadership techniques, enabling students to establish thriving ministries that create lasting impacts within their congregations and beyond.

At the I-3 Academy, we firmly believe in equipping God's people with the tools necessary not only for personal growth but also for effective ministry that brings about genuine transformation in lives. Through our rigorous programs focused on healing the mind, restoring the soul, and developing strong leaders, we empower individuals to fulfill their calling in advancing God's Kingdom here on Earth.

ORDINATION AND LICENSING CREDENTIALING

The I-3 Academy is dedicated to empowering leaders with strong Christian values through our comprehensive training program. Our primary objective is to equip individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to serve as ordained ministers or licensed leaders within their respective communities.

At the heart of our training program is a focus on humility, recognizing that true leadership stems from a posture of servanthood. We believe that leadership should not be about exerting power or authority, but rather about humbling oneself and placing the needs of others before our own. Our curriculum emphasizes the importance of cultivating a humble attitude in order to effectively minister to others in a Christ-like manner.

Accountability plays a vital role in our ordination and licensing process, as we believe that leaders must be held responsible for their actions and decisions. We provide ongoing support and mentorship to ensure that our graduates remain accountable to their principles and commitments. This accountability helps maintain high standards of character and integrity among our leaders, enabling them to act as strong examples within their communities.

Successful completion of our training program demonstrates not only knowledge but also a genuine transformation in character. Through practical exercises, theological teachings, and personal development strategies, we help individuals develop into well-rounded leaders who exemplify Christian values in every aspect of their lives.

Upon graduation from the I-3 Academy, individuals are eligible for ordination or licensing credentials, affirming their ability to lead with authenticity, humility, and accountability. These credentials demonstrate their commitment to upholding Christian principles and serve as recognition for their dedication to ethical leadership within communities around the world.

By emphasizing attributes like humility, servant leadership, and accountability throughout our training program, the I-3 Academy aims to produce exceptional leaders who can make a positive impact in society while upholding Christian values at all times.

what we believe

We believe the Bible in its original context is verbally inspired by the Holy Spirit and is the infallible revelation of God to Mankind. II Tim.3:16-17, II Pet.1:20-21

We believe there is only one true, eternal God revealed in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Gen.1:1, 26, Deut.6:4, Isa.43:10-11, Mt.28:19

We believe in the deity and humanity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, and sacrificial death to save us from our sins, and His resurrection and ascension to heaven. Mt.1:21, 23, John 1:1-2, 14, 3:16, Acts 1:2-3, 9, 2:22

We believe in the sinfulness of all mankind and the need for salvation, available only through the blood of Jesus Christ to all who believe and receive Him as Savior and Lord. Rom.3:23, 6:23, 10:13, Ephesians 2:8-9, Titus 3:4-7

We believe the finished work of Christ on the cross provides healing, deliverance, and restoration for the spirit, soul, and body. Isa.53:4-5, Mt. 8:16-17, I Pet.2:24, James 5:14-15, III John 2

We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the believer is enabled to live a holy life. Sanctification is the process of being separated from sin and dedicated to God, which begins at salvation and continues throughout the lifetime of the believer. Gal.5:22-23, I Thess.4:3-5, 5:23, II Pet.3:18

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, which is promised to all believers subsequent to salvation, as the entrance into a Spirit-filled life including a prayer language (speaking in tongues), gifts of the Holy Spirit, and power to be a witness and anointed servant of God. Joel 2:28-29, Lk.3:16, Acts 1:4-5, 8, 2:4, 38-39, 10:44-47, I Cor.12:4-11, I John 2:20,27

We believe in the personal, imminent return of Jesus Christ. Acts 1:11, I Thess. 4:16-18, Titus 2:13

We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the unsaved; the saved to everlasting life and the unsaved to everlasting damnation. Acts 24:15, I Cor.15:20-23, Rev.20:4-6, 12-15

We believe in the responsibility of every believer to reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Mt.28:19-20, Mk.16:15-20, Acts 1:8, 2:40-41, 47

WATER BAPTISM AND COMMUNION

We believe in water baptism and partaking of The Lord's Supper (Communion).

MAN

We believe that man was created holy by God, composed of body and soul. We believe that man, by nature, is sinful and unholy. Being born in sin, he needs to be born again, sanctified, and cleansed from all sins by the blood of Jesus. We believe that man is saved by confessing and forsaking his sins and believing in the Lord Jesus Christ, and that having become a child of God, by being born again and adopted into the family of God, he may, and should, claim the inheritance of the sons of God, namely the baptism of the Holy Ghost.

SIN

Sin, the Bible teaches, began in the angelic world (Ezekiel 28:11-19; Isaiah 14:12-20), and is transmitted into the blood of the human race through disobedience and deception motivated by unbelief (I Timothy 2:14). Adam's sin, committed by eating of the forbidden fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, carried with it permanent pollution or depraved human nature to all his descendants. This is called "original sin." Sin can now be defined as a volitional transgression against God and a lack of conformity to the will of God. We, therefore, conclude that man by nature, is sinful and that he has fallen from a glorious and righteous state from which he was created, and has become unrighteous and unholy. Man, therefore, must be restored to his state of holiness from which he has fallen by being born again (St. John 3:7).

SALVATION

Salvation deals with the application of the work of redemption to the sinner with his restoration to divine favor and communion with God. This redemptive operation of the Holy Ghost upon sinners is brought about by repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ. Conversion is that act of God whereby He causes the regenerated sinner, in his conscious life, to turn to Him in repentance and faith (II Kings 5:15; II Chronicles 33:12-13; St. Luke 19:8, 9; Acts 8:30). Regeneration is that act of God by which the principle of the new life is implanted in man. Sanctification is the continuous operation of the Holy Ghost, by which He delivers the justified sinner from the pollution of sin, renews his whole nature in the image of God and enables him to perform good works (Romans 6:4;5:6; Colossians 2:12; 3:1).

ANGELS

The Bible uses the term "angel" (a heavenly body) clearly and primarily to denote messengers or ambassadors of God with such scripture references as Revelations 4:5, which indicates their duty in heaven to praise God (Psalm 103:20), to do God's will (St. Matthew 18:10) and to behold his face. But since heaven must come down to earth, they also have a mission to earth. The Bible indicates that they accompanied God in the Creation, and also that they will accompany Christ in His return in Glory.

DEMONS

Demons denote unclean or evil spirits; they are sometimes called devils or demonic beings. They are evil spirits, belonging to the unseen or spiritual realm, embodied in human beings. The Old Testament refers to the prince of demons, sometimes called Satan (Adversary) or Devil, as having power and wisdom, taking the habitation of other forms such as the serpent (Genesis 3:1). The New Testament speaks of the Devil as Tempter (St. Matthew 4:3) and it goes on to tell the works of Satan (the Devil) and Demons as combating righteousness and good in any form. Their chief power is exercised to destroy the mission of Jesus Christ and His Church. However, we believe they have been subdued and conquered by Jesus Christ (Col 2:15), and that same authority has been given to every believer when commanded in Jesus' name. "In my name they shall cast out devils…” (St. Mark 16:17).

THE CHURCH

The word "CHURCH" or "EKKLESIA" was first applied to the Christian society by Jesus Christ in St. Matthew 16:18. The Church forms a spiritual unity of which Christ is the divine head. It is animated by one Spirit, the Spirit of Christ. It professes one faith, shares one hope, and serves one King. It is the citadel of the truth and God's agency for communicating to the world the Kingdom of Christ and to believers all spiritual blessings.

THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST

We believe in the second coming of Christ; that He shall come from heaven to earth, personally, bodily, visibly (Acts 1:11; Titus 2:11-13; St. Matthew 16:27; 24:30; 25:30; Luke 21:27; John 1:14, 17; Titus 2:11) and that the Church, the bride, will be caught up to meet Him in the air (I Thessalonians, 4:16-17). We admonish all who have this hope to purify themselves as He is pure.

DIVINE HEALING

We believe in and practice Divine Healing. It is a commandment of Jesus to the Apostles (St. Mark 16:18). Jesus affirms his teachings on healing by explaining to His disciples that healing the afflicted is by faith (St. Luke 9:40-41). Therefore, we believe that healing by faith in God has scriptural support and ordained authority.

MIRACLES

We believe that miracles occur to convince men that the Bible is God's Word. A miracle can be defined as an extraordinary visible act of Divine power, wrought by the efficient agency of the will of God, which has as its final cause the vindication of the righteousness of God's word. We believe that the works of God, which were performed during the beginnings of Christianity, do and will occur even today where God is preached, Faith in Christ is exercised, The Holy Ghost is active, and the Gospel is promulgated in the truth (Acts 5:15; 6:8; 9:40; Luke 4:36, 7:14-15; 5:5-6; St. Mark 14:15).

Equipping for service

Empowering individuals to discover and embrace their unique purpose, we are dedicated to helping them walk in their God-given leadership abilities. Through spiritual guidance and opportunities for service, we strive to equip each person with the tools and encouragement needed to unleash their full potential and leave a kingdom impact in their communities and beyond.
